SEWS India organized menstruation health hygiene awareness program in Kamla Bhagawat Inter collage,Sadhoganj- Varanasi on 14-Feb-15. Our Team mate Priyanka Gupta did take sessions on this taboo issue and provide information of Menstruation health and hygiene to adolescent girls. during this session she covered so many issues on Menstruation problems i.e. Cleanliness during menses, Use of sanitary napkin and safe dispose practice. It was really good to see the participation of girls on this issue. As per Priyanka’s response on this issue, there is need to workout more and more because girls were not open on this topic in their families and was in wrong practice of use of clothes which usually they hide in dark and dirty places and they feel hesitate about their situation to share with any one.
